totally forgot to tell you all...our wedding was featured in the Spring issue of The Knot that just came out. Very exciting and my favorite little guys even made it into the table of contents. Now that is big time.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways...

so after lots of mulling over the absolute perfect gift to celebrate one year as husband and wife, I finally decided on a book for my one and only. I headed over to blurb and made a list of 100 things that I absolutely adore and just can't get enough of when it comes to my husband and luckily I had a bejillion gorgeous pictures from this lady to illustrate my point. A certain someone may have just teared up when he saw the final product. score one for my debut novel. 

*if you're wondering what in the heck is up with the term love bucket, let me fill you in. we really aren't all that mushy and sappy - it actually started as a joke. I kid you not my bestie use to called her cat drooly love buckets and well it just kind of stuck. 

Once Wed

Our wedding is being featured on the always incredible Once Wed today. Hurry, run go check it out. It is so crazy to see our faces up on a blog that I have poured through the last year for wedding inspiration. Very, insanely exciting but oh so surreal. I'm doing a little happy dance right now.

This party was so good, people passed out in the bridal suite from sheer exhaustion

(and a little too much of our signature cocktails). These are the pictures I love the most.

Corbin Gurkin is my heroe. She completely captured all of those special moments, the overwhelming feeling of happiness and love, the crazy dancers and all of the pretty little details in between and I never even noticed. She is like a photography ninja. Thank you Corbin! I wish I could take you everywhere with me and you could chronicle my life. Go check out her blog for a little montage of wedding goodness.

We Ate. We Drank. We Danced. We Married.

And it was easily the happiest day of our lives. It took a small village and it was not pulled off without a few hiccups but overall it was pure bliss and I don't think I have ever had so much fun or been so emotionally drained. My legs are still sore from dancing. I will eventually get to recaps of the day but for now I leave you with a little snapshot from Corbin Gurkin. I have a husband. crazy.
