Trellis Prints are taking over the world

Mantelscaping

Good Monday Morning to you and you. I had a request for design ideas of the mantel kind so I pulled together some of my favorites. Simple, edited, grouped in pretty collections – that's the name of this game

Floors Adorned and Other Stenciled Musings

stenciling isn't just for your moms anymore. It is on a whole new level of eclectic wonderment and I adore. Seriously if I wasn't renting, you best believe there would be some stenciled floor action up in this piece

and why have I never thought of this...painted wallpaper. Hello genius!

There is a tutorial here with a download template. I know what I'll be doing this weekend

On the Hunt...

I spotted this perfectly delectable display of wallpaper in the new online mag Adore and I am now on the hunt for some yellow hued paper of my very own. Unfortunately, Romo's Kimura Timeric is a little out of my price range but good old Sherwin-Williams might have something doable. Plus, their Easy Change line is renter friendly which my husband will appreciate. Here are a few I'm considering...

and in other news. I finally decided on some yummy pillows to dress up our living room. All courtesy of Etsy
