A Love Affair with Citron

Citron, Citrine, Chartreuse – whatever you want to call it, it's all the rage and I must say, I'm totally feeling it right now. Just a dash of this spunky highlighter hue really gets the heart a pumpin' and my brain ready for some sun. Lots and lots of sun. Whether you wear it, decorate with it, or pop it into your wedding colors, chances are you are going to be noticed. In a good way of course.

And here are some of my picks for adding a little pop of Citron into your life. Best if not used all at once. Or go for the glory, wear that bra with that yummy, sexy dress, lace up those heels, plop down in your Panton chair and smell that citron scented candle.

A Real Wedding of the French Kind

I recently received an email from Esther, a super stylish reader from London. Her and her adorable husband just threw a backyard wedding in France and I instantly fell head over heals. The dress, oh that dress. Esther found a lovely vintage frock circa 1950 and had it shortened and styled by some fabulous ladies at Fur Coat and No Knickers (amazing name, right?)

I'm a sucker for backyard soirees and when they happen to be of the French variety, lets just say I le die a million times over. Thank you so, so much Esther for sharing your lovely wedding. Wishing you and yours a lifetime of perfect days just like this one.
xoxo

1 + 1 = Fabulous

Break out the bubbly and cupcakes because today just so happens to be my bloggy birthday as in two full years of you all listening to my rants, raves, loves and all around crazy and for that I am ever so appreciative. Honestly my life has completely changed since I set foot on this weird little journey. I've stumbled upon a new career path, found my dream job, kept sane (for the most part) during wedding planning, met amazing new friends and mentors and found a neat little corner of the internet where I can just be myself. So cheers to two years, 909 posts, a whole lot of pretty and hopefully many more to come. Thank you so, so much for reading along. xoxo
