The husband and I are making plans to move to the east coast this summer and though I will miss the constant perfect weather in San Diego, I am starting to dream in boots and pretty winter coats. Nothing is definite yet, but I might need to buy this pretty frock "just in case". I mean come on people, it has tulle.
or should I go for ruffles? Both? I like the way you think.
