Let there be florals

I am oh so excited for these. The floral goddess will be taking care of all of our bouquets and boutonnieres for the big day and we decided to tackle our own floral arrangements for the tables. To make it easy, we bought a bunch of vintage containers and will be filling them with the large blooms above and why not throw in a few billy buttons (or yellow ball things as I like to call them} while we are at it. I love all of the textures and the colors are going to bright, bright, bright just like I like it. We are also going to be buying a range of dahlias from a local grower to mix in. The above flowers we are going to purchase from fiftyflowers.com. That is sort of nerve racking but they have a lot of positive feedback so online shopping we go.

Vows I can get behind

Dana and Hunter's wedding of Broke Ass Bride fame was recently featured in the fourth installment of Utterly Engaged and I am sure you have seen pictures floating around the blogosphere but their wedding seriously rocked...like super rad rocked. What took my breath away though, was not the stunning, drop dead gorgeous photos; it was their words. Perfection and I think I might need to steal them. Imitation is the biggest form of flattery right?

Juliet Hogan has mad style

I am a true vintage junky at heart and these pretty frocks spotted on Lake Jane are rocking my world right now. I'll take that last number head to toe.
