Since I'm in an Interior Design Kind of Mood

I am going to show you my colors via an amazing bedroom shot.  Take this room and translate the colors (aubergine, chocolate, a little platinum) to a barn in the middle of San Luis Obispo...easy right?

By the way, I just stumbled upon a blog Apartment #34 and it is pretty much amazing.

It is making me miss my days as an Interior Designer(minus the uber nutzo OMG the Devil really does wear Prada boss part).  I could stare at pretty little room vignets all day long.

On a little Side Note

I heart this bed.  No, like surriously, I'm dying.  I want to curl up in it and sleep 4-EVER.  On that note, I'll take the side lamp too.  Excuse me while I swoon.  This is like Design Porn..is there such a thing?
